This was revealed during an observation tour of the Industrial Development Board (IDB) in Katubedda on November 28.

Deputy Minister Chathuranga Abeysinghe joined the tour, focusing on aligning the IDB’s activities to provide better facilities and opportunities for local industrialists. The ministers inspected various departments, including engineering, foundry, laboratories, and workshops, and instructed officers to resolve operational issues swiftly to enhance service delivery.

Key Initiatives Announced by the Minister
